RETURN/REFUND
- If you would like to make a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your package. We will then provide you with instructions on mailing your package back to us at your expense. Refunds will only be made for the product and not the shipping cost.
- For returned products, we do not resell returned items and will charge 20% of the order total as a restocking fee to cover the costs of processing the returned items.
- Magic & Miracles holds the right to deny a return if the product returned does not meet our return policy requirements. You are responsible for the return shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged, thus we recommend shipping with tracking and insurance.
