Processing Time & Shipping Info

All our pieces are handcrafted with care and well worth the wait, with current processing times found below:

*Our production time for custom-made-to-order pieces is subject to change during peak seasons. 

 Once your order is processed and shipped, the transit times found below take effect:

Processing Time + Transit Time = Estimated Arrival Date

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your package is shipped.

*International transit times may vary due to customs clearance and other variables that are out of our control.

For international orders, a valid phone number and email address are required. Failure to provide this information may result in a delay or non-delivery of your order. Please ensure that you provide this information accurately during the checkout process to avoid any issues.

Customers are responsible for all duty fees issued by their respective countries. We are not responsible for customs fees or import taxes. If a package is refused for any reason, the customer is responsible for reaching out to us and attempting to have it delivered again. Shipping costs will not be refunded if an order is refused by customs.
